We are committed to providing you with quality products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Return Conditions

1. -Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. -Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original tags attached.
3. -Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Process

1. -Contact our customer service at contact@lutimba.com to obtain a return authorization.
2. -Pack the items securely for return.
3. -Include a copy of your invoice with the return package.
4. -Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service.

Refund 

Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items 

Sale or promotional items are generally not eligible for refunds. Customized or intimate products cannot be returned.
